I’ve logged into my account and can’t see a pending sale?

Only Art Money Interest Free purchases need to be finalised by the art seller. 

If a pending sale does not appear on your partner dashboard this indicates the buyer hasn't completed part 2 of the application process - creating a new purchase.

To proceed, your client will need to sign in to their Art Money account and click 'Buy Artwork' to create a new purchase. You can contact your buyer directly or ask us to do this.
