You are not able to resell your Art Money purchase until you have completed your repayments.
As part of your Agreement, Art Money may hold a Security Interest over the artwork until it has been fully paid off (UCC filing or PPSR, much like a home mortgage) and this precludes clear transfer of title.
Art Money may choose to grant leave to sell the work in exceptional circumstances, upon written request.
