What if I want my business/organisation to be being invoiced?

If a business or organisation is invoiced for your purchase, the same rules apply, with two additional steps. Firstly the business will need to be verified (company registration etc), secondly a link must be established to the 'ultimate beneficial owner(s)' (UBO, eg owner/director(s) of the business). The full verification process (AML & KYC) must still be run for the each individual with a controlling interest - the UBO(s), generally all persons with 20%+ shareholding. It is the individual who would become the Art Money Verified Buyer.
